Another week has gone by and it seems like I have a time getting to my blog. I read other peoples and keep up with them and then forget my own.

We were busy this week with one thing or the other. We kept Bronson, our youngest grandson, on Monday. That is always a delight. He is at such a cute age. I guess we better enjoy it before he reaches those terrible "twos"!! Then on Tuesday I had a 6-month checkup with the doctor. Everything was fine.

On Thursday and Friday my sister and I had a garage sale at her house. The weather really turned out great for it. We had a cool front move in so it wasn't so hot and we had a pretty good turnout for it. We got rid of some things we don't use any longer. We changed out the recliners in our fifth wheel. The ones that came in it were so big and heavy we got some leather ones which are lighter and easier to move around. I think we will really like them. Anyway we sold the old ones at the garage sale.

Jack started a project this week he has been putting off for a few months. He started building shelves in our storage area. We have talked about this for months but he just didn't seem to have the time to get it started. Anyway he got one section done yesterday and hopefully he will get the other section done before long so we can get our storage area organized....yippee!!

Well, we went and picked up our trailer today - out of the storage lot. Tomorrow we are headed to Branson, MO. We are taking our granddaughter, Emma, with us. This will be the first time she has been there so we are looking forward to taking her around and seeing the sites. We are planning on going to Silver Dollar City. They are having a Kids Festival at this time so they should have a lot of things for kids. We are going to have dinner tomorrow night with Don and LaVon (our Quail Run friends) and catching up with them. That will be fun.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun filled Fourth of July!!

Enjoy your trip and the time with Emma. Hope to see you sometime this winter when you get to Florida.

I'm sad again, reading this, knowing we missed seeing you guys and I would have loved to meet your Emma.
Hope you had a great time and got out of there before the storm hit on Thursday.
Hello to Jack for us.
